First, we schedule an appointment. With convenience top of mind, I always offer to bring the shopping experience to you.

• In our meeting we determine your needs / interests and assess how I can best service you. I typically work with people who fall into one of these categories.

1. In need of a full wardrobe consultation

2. Need help with staying up to date with current styles and trends

3. Has no time or interest in shopping 

4. Needs something for an event / special occasion

• Once we determine how I can help, we make fabric selections.

• Next, we style the garments to ensure they make sense for your particular need / taste.

• Last, I take your measurements.

• After that, your order is sent to the factory and put into work.

• 6-10 week turn around time on all custom orders.

• A half down payment is required to start work on any order and the balance is due upon delivery.

• When the clothing comes in we schedule our first fitting so we can take care of any tweaks we need to make on your initial pattern.

• Once the fitting(s) are complete, your pattern is updated and set. 

• From here, the process moving forward is very simple and takes half the time.
